Proper Extracts makes high-dose edibles, and this collection gathers them for Vancouver and Canada. You'll find a single sativa gummy, live resin gummies, mini triangle bites and a mix and match bundle. These aren't casual edibles. Per piece, the strength is 100mg or 360mg of THC, and the brand says they're made for experienced users.
Health Canada suggests starting with 2.5mg of THC or less, so every one of these gummies needs a plan before the first bite. Packs and flavours rotate, but the formats stay the same, and the sections here explain how each one works and how to portion it.
Same day delivery covers Greater Vancouver, and mail order ships Proper Extracts edibles across Canada. New to edibles? Start with our THC gummies category to compare other gummies, then come back when you know your tolerance.
Proper Extracts is a gummy brand built around strong, flavoured edibles. Its product copy describes the live resin gummies as full spectrum, and says the mini triangle bites are made with THC distillate. The brand aims the whole line at experienced consumers.
These details come from the brand's own product copy. Strengths, packs and flavours can change, so check each product page for current information before you order.
This table compares formats, so it stays accurate when a single flavour sells out.
| Format | THC per piece | Made with | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single sativa gummy | 360mg, one piece per package | Live resin | Experienced users who want one strong piece |
| Live resin gummies | 360mg, three pieces per pack | Live resin | Experienced users who want to pick indica or sativa |
| Mini triangle bites | 100mg, 24 pieces per bag | THC distillate, hybrid blend | Experienced users who want smaller pieces to portion |
| Mix and match bundle | Depends on your picks | Your choice of items | Trying more than one format |
This is one gummy with 360mg of THC in it. The brand says it's infused with live resin and natural strawberry flavour, with uplifting sativa effects, and that it's best suited for experienced users. Because it's a single piece, there's no pack to divide. If that's more than you want, one gummy can be split, but splitting is by eye, so go smaller than you think you need.
Each pack holds three gummies of 360mg THC each, which adds up to 1080mg per pack. You can pick an indica or sativa pack. Recent indica flavours have included Blue Raspberry, Cherry and Watermelon, and recent sativa flavours have included Green Apple, Lemon and Strawberry. The brand lists effects like happy, creative and giggly. Its dosing note says to start with a third of the pack and allow 90 minutes for the full effects to arrive.
The mini triangles come 24 to a bag, with 100mg of THC in each gummy. That's the smallest piece of the three formats, which makes portioning easier than with the 360mg gummies. The brand describes the blend as hybrid, with balanced mind and body effects. Flavours come as fruit pairings, such as Strawberry x Grape or Raspberry x Watermelon, and the pairings change.
The bundle lets you select three items and build your own set, and the listing says you save instantly. It's a low-effort way to try the single gummy, the live resin pack and the triangles in one order. Our mix and match category has more bundle builders.
Proper Extracts uses both. The brand calls its live resin gummies full spectrum and says they blend high-potency live resin with bold flavours. The mini triangles are made with THC distillate, which in general is a refined THC oil. Both styles are strong, so the extract type shouldn't change how carefully you dose.
Pick live resin if you like the idea of a full spectrum gummy and want to choose between an indica and a sativa pack. Pick the triangles if you want the smallest piece and the most control over your portion.
Health Canada suggests starting with 2.5mg of THC or less and waiting. One 100mg triangle holds 40 times that amount, and a 360mg gummy holds far more. So these gummies are for people who already know their tolerance. A Burnaby customer told us she saved a live resin pack for a long weekend, took one gummy, and waited the full 90 minutes before even thinking about a second.
Onset can take 30 minutes to 2 hours, and the peak can last up to 4 hours. Health Canada's page on cannabis effects explains why edibles hit slower than smoking. Health Canada's lower risk cannabis use guidelines cover going slow and never driving after use. Our edibles guide for Vancouver walks through the basics.
Keep gummies in their original package or an airtight container, in a cool, dry place away from sun and heat. Label anything you split. Store them out of reach of kids and pets, since these gummies look like candy but carry a very large dose.
Proper Extracts also makes a live resin vape cart. It's sold in the vapes section and isn't part of this collection. Browse our vapes category or our live resin concentrates if you want live resin in another format.
